Second Life Destinations (ScoopIt)
A really useful compilation of SL Destination blogs (including this one). You’ll find a lot of destination tips this way.
Mein Zweites Leben
Or “My Second Life.” This is a very informative destination blog with great photography from Susann DeCuir. It's in German, but if you don’t speak it, the automatic translator on a browser like Chrome will, of course, do the honours for you.
Susann also owns the ‘Angel of Pain’ sim, which I recommend as a photo spot (it doesn’t matter if you are into D/s or not). Joining the group gives you rez rights.
Passionate Pixels
If you are after destinations with more of an adult theme, subscribe to Dagmar Haiku’s Deviant Places Discord Channel. Whether you are into adult lifestyles or not, these places are often very well-designed and make for excellent photo spots. As a result, you can find some real gems here.
Exploring Second Life
Sam Rougefeu is a Second Life explorer and blogger with consistently good tips. He also runs a series of Facebook destination groups.
Art Korner SL
Art and photography news, with excellent tips on new places to see. One of my go to resources.
Travelover
An interesting travel blog by Nesca Fey. Nesca travels to SL locations, which are replicas of their RL equivalents.
New World Notes
I suspect not much of an introduction is needed here, a source for the latest info
Living in a modem world (Inara Pey)
Good sim reviews, and other tit-bits of SL information. More than just SL, Inara’s blog also has sections about AR / VR, and astronomy.
