This whimsical resort, the brainchild of Moon Snowfox, offers visitors a captivating variety of themed areas, ranging from a gothic garden to a serene swan lake, ensuring there's something to pique every traveller's interest.
Look and feel
The overall aesthetic of Bright Diamond Oasis is a direct reflection of Moon's store, Lollipop, which resembles the quirky Japanese or Korean-themed shops often found in shopping malls, replete with kitty bathmats, delicate porcelain bunnies, and playful penguin bags.
This bright, colourful, and undeniably feminine ethos permeates every corner of the resort. As Moon explained to me, "I wanted to create a space where I could relax. My store features a lot of pinks to create a cheerful atmosphere. However, to cater to all types of people, I've also included a darker area that offers a different, more calming ambience."
Navigating the resort is simple, with teleporters connecting the various areas. However, for a more immersive experience, visitors are encouraged to explore on foot or by using the teegle horse rezzer located near the landing point.
The Motel
Accommodations at Bright Diamond Oasis come in two forms: a complimentary Motel and private, zodiac-themed skyboxes.
The Motel, housed in an Astralia build, boasts six compact rooms, each with a unique pink-themed design featuring bed brands such as Cumming Soon, Naughty Pleasures, and Ruckus. While the Motel lacks privacy, the rooms are inviting, and the furniture is good quality.
The skyboxes are priced at 99L per hour for those seeking a more secluded retreat.
Finally, though it’s outside the scope of this website, there are also long-term rentals.
Facilities
The resort's facilities are plentiful, particularly in the vicinity of the Motel. Guests can enjoy a dip in the heart-shaped pool, complete with floaters, or opt for the larger pool featuring a water slide.
A beach and the cute paradiso bar provide additional spaces to unwind, while a Barbie-themed boat is floating just offshore.
