Sunset Sands: A Compact SL Beach Getaway

The Sunset Sands Resort is a small beach destination, with one private room in a skybox.

Due to its compact size, this review will be briefer than usual, but it will cover the essential information for potential visitors.

The resort faces the beach, which is surrounded by rocks. On the beach, there are picnic-style cushions and cabanas, as well as a small rock pool. However, the rock pool looks a little crowded with floatation devices.

An upper level offers two sun loungers with a view of the sea. There is also a small spa area against the rocks, which appears to be self-service rather than staffed.

At the beach's edge, you’ll find a semi-secluded private dining area suitable for couples.

The central area of the resort features a dance area and a small tiki bar in front of the reception building, as well as a cafe. A teleporter is available to transport guests to a sky platform, which seems to be designed for occasional club events.

The Sunset Sands Resort has one small room available for rent. The rental pod at reception offers rentals starting at 20L for 20 minutes, but the room itself can be rented for 100L a day from a rental meter in the room itself, which includes a 15 prim allowance. The latter option is much more cost-effective.

The room is decorated with modern furnishings, including adult furniture such as the "Noveny - Heart Rattan Bed - Adult."

While there are numerous beach destinations in Second Life, the Sunset Sands Resort offers a private getaway with a well-appointed room at a reasonable price. Those seeking a intimate beach experience may find this resort to be a suitable option.
