Kawayan at Tubig - Review

Kawayan at Tubig is a small Filipino-beach-themed Airbnb created by Flicker Bayan, who invited me to come and look.

Costing 500L per day, it’s a beautifully laid out spot that I recommend for either a couple’s getaway or for a private party involving a group of friends.

Overall look and feel

Kawayan at Tubig is contained within a small lagoon. There are surrounding properties, but the place is designed to have a sense of privacy, with hills masking the neighbouring places.

There’s a central villa and a number of spots that you can reach from within the lagoon, including a sauna, two boats (for cuddles and poses, they don’t move), and a few inflatable recliners.

The water is waist-deep, so you jump in the water and wade over to get to the various amenities.
The setting is beautiful and colourful, with flowers floating in the lagoon.

The villa

The main villa contains an upstairs with a bathroom/shower and kitchen and a downstairs bedroom and living area.

The choice of furniture is impressive; the bed comes from Good Moaning, about which I’ve heard lots of great feedback; there is a Cumming Soon Adult Sofa, while some of the other furniture is from Lalou.

The one thing I found slightly jarring is the BDSM skybox that you reach via a TP point.  Though there’s nothing with wanting to indulge in that, the jhard-core industrial decor is a world away from the tropical feel you get at ground level.  However, you can of course, ignore this if you want.

Practical information

The cost is 500L per day, which gives you a 100 prim allowance

I had no issues with the lag

There is complete privacy; you can add guests to the security

Though it’s in a moderate region, in practice, a lot of the furniture is adult

Overall

Much time, care and effort have gone into creating this really lovely tropical hideaway. You can't go wrong here if you’re looking for a night away with a significant other or somewhere to host friends for a private beach-themed party. Recommended.
